In this key role as an On-Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- The management of our temporary employees
- Serving as a liaison between our client and our company
- Managing payroll issues
- Manage disciplinary issues
- Managing conflict resolution
Requirements Include Below:
As an On-Site Supervisor, you must have:
- Strong leadership experience in the light industrial industry
- Intermediate MS Excel experience
- Proven time management experience to meet clients requirements
- Must have great communication skills both verbal and written
Must be flexible to work different shifts as needed
