Assembler Job Duties Include:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Note: For those companies in the instrumentation and/or medical device industry the position would typically be assembling tests kits and/or diagnostic kits.
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
Requirements Include:
- Must be able to read a schematic and follow basic wiring diagrams.
- Preferably 3 years experience
- Mechanically inclined with proper use of tooling for assembly.
$23.00/hr
