Customer Service Bilingual Preferred

Payment Processor (PBX)

 

Position Summary

A PBX is responsible for processing payments accurately and efficiently. They need to be able to provide good customer service, balance out daily, process payments and enroll customers in our automated system.

Job Qualifications

  • Basic math skills
  • Moderate level of experience with window-based computer programs
  • The ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Outstanding customer service

Job Duties

  • Balance payments processed at the end of the day
  • Process payments by phone
  • Maintains a high volume of incoming calls per day, when needed will work queues
  • Work on department goals as established by Management.
  • Enroll customers in the automated system
  • Enter notes in customers accounts
  • Know who to contact to cancel repo orders
  • Provides Customer Service for incoming calls and transfer calls to the correct department.
  • Verify that GPS is entered in customers account and tests it out to make sure its pinging
  • Makes welcome calls to 1st and 2nd payments
  • Participate in trainings
  • Take notes

Bilingual Preferred

Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm (one day off during the week and Sundays)
