Direct Mail Ink Jet Operator

Mail Operator for Ink Jet/ DPI ink jet system Operator


The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently sorting mail and

operating inkjet equipment to prepare mailings. This role requires a keen eye for accuracy,

strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate and maintain inkjet machines.

Job Duties Include:

Set up and operate inkjet equipment for printing on mail pieces.

? Monitor and adjust printing parameters to ensure high-quality output.

? Perform routine maintenance on inkjet machines to keep them in optimal working condition.

? Conduct regular quality checks to ensure printed materials meet established standards.

? Address any printing errors or discrepancies promptly.

? Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

? Maintain accurate records of mail sorting and inkjet operations.

? Provide regular reports on mail processing activities.

? Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.

? Comply with relevant regulations and procedures related to mail processing.


? Previous experience in mail sorting and inkjet operations is preferred.

? Familiarity with inkjet equipment and the ability to troubleshoot common issues.

? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

? Good communication and teamwork skills.

? Must work on first shift for some time for training purposes

2nd shift: 2pm-9:45pm (will train 1 week on 1st shift 6am-230pm)

$21.00-23.00/hr DOE
