Sorter/Recycling Sorter
Job Duties Include: Sorting Recyclables
Additional Job Duties Include:
- The Sorter is responsible for ensuring proper placement and sorting materials on the conveyor line by performing the following duties
- Sort items or materials into piles or places in container according to type, size, condition, coloring or paper grade
- Keep surrounding work area clean
- Report any worker-public safety factors and/or equipment malfunctions
- Attend safety/operations meetings
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Have:
- Required to use motor coordination
- Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 15 pounds
- Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, etc) rarely
- Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements

1st Shift
5:45am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift
2:15pm - 11:00pm
