Insurance Agent Part Time Personal Lines Account Manager/ Insurance Representative

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Retain existing high net worth clients by providing and/or overseeing a quality client experience:
• Answer client’s questions about coverage, policy status and annual reviews
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
• Issue and policies, endorsements, certificates, ID cards and other related items.
Education & Experience:
• 5+ years Personal Lines Experience with at least 3 years working with High Net-Worth clients
• College degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
• An Illinois property and casualty personal lines license is required
• Current with all necessary CE credits
• Computer proficient and experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must be able to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications
Skills & Competencies:
• Familiar with Agency Management Software such as: Applied, AMS 360 or QQ Catalyst
• Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills - must be able to manage time independently
Compensation/Benefits: base salary, paid vacation, paid holidays, 401k plan with company matching, and medical benefits.
We also pay for insurance licensing, continuing education, and certain insurance designations.
