Blow Mold/Injection Mold Technician
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
• Sets up and operates BFS machines and support equipment to produce bottled sterile solutions.
• Sets up and operates BFS machines to produce bottled sterile solutions.
• Ensures that machines are working properly. (ex. molds, extruders, mold machines)
• Start-up of purified water system and maintain operation.
• Compound solutions per SOP’s and prescribed formulations.
• Knows and understands “standards” for products.
• Follows written operating procedures.
• Maintains proper Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and Workplace
• Contamination Rules compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); higher education preferred.
Proven track record with mechanical systems, i.e. automotive repair, filling operations, blow molding, etc.
Skill Requirements
• Ability to read blueprints, familiarity with electronics a plus, experience in a cGMP environment,
• a plus.
• Experience in blow molding and/or filling operations, and/or blow fill seals, a plus.
• Electrical PLC Programming
• Ability to follow written procedures and document results.
Recurring physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, crouching, using tools, frequently lifting up-to 30 pounds, occasionally lift up-to 50 pounds and on rare occasion lift up-to 100 pounds.

$32.00-37.00/hr DOE
Permanent Position
1st shift: 7am-3pm plus OT
2nd shift: 3pm-11pm plus OT
*4-6 weeks training, done on 1st shift
