Warehouse Lead Production Lead/Team Leader
Qualifications:
This position requires excellent communication skills, must be well organized and possess the ability to train workers.
Job Duties:
- Ensure 100% fill rate: Ensure that the requested number of temporary workers are provided for each shift.
- Assign temporary workers to cells where they are required.
- Provide Supplier Management with detailed information on shortages;
- Communicate supplier staffing levels (via phone or in-person) to Team Leaders 30 minutes prior to each shift start.
- Reconciliation: Ensure temporary workers hours and fill rate numbers are reconciled each day
- Complete missing time card punches, etc. after confirming with the worker and the leads; note reason for missing punch in/out;
- Get temporary worker hours approved within 30 minutes of the end of the shift.

- Training: Hold a shift startup meeting; Ensure temporary workers are trained on how to perform the assigned job;

- Ensure temporary workers have Personal Protective Equipment prior to entering the plant.

- Ability to lift 50lbs, climb stairs, stand for 12 hours and perform any tasks that a temporary laborer may be required to do.
