Customer Service Representative

Job Duties Include:

• Responsible for interfacing with customers, The customer service representative will handle in bound calls, make outbound calls and work in cases.
• They will work on e-vouchers, vendor switches and cases from sales force.
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have Call Center experience, if they have worked in the medical field is a plus.

Monday-Friday

Work Schedule: (Days & Time): They should be flexible to work any day between 7:00am – 9:00pm CST

Hybrid

Work location & Type: Is a hybrid position. Most of the time they will be working from home except on days they are pre-planned to work in the office.

Candidates should live in the Fort Worth area.

$18.00/hr
