Branch Operations Manager

The Branch Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic direction in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position plans 4nd assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends process improvements. They should have a collaborative nature and be passionate about customer service.

Job Duties:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Ensure effective employee relations,
• Adhere and enforce all safety guidelines and company standards.
• Ensure all products are assembled in accordance with product specifications.
• Works with cross functional teams such as sales, production, purchasing, customer service, and quality
• Submit reports on production and sales while maintaining inventory levels and appropriate controls.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including fabrication, quality, shipping, and receiving Communicate with senior management for branch level needs on equipment, manpower and inventory.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Production Manager or similar role experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop and motivate team members
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Process improvement
• Understanding of warehouse and bill of materials
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Experience with hose, rubber and/or fluid power distribution a plus
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a production environment

$25.00/hr
