Branch Operations Manager
The Branch Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic direction in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position plans 4nd assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends process improvements. They should have a collaborative nature and be passionate about customer service.
Job Duties:
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Ensure effective employee relations,
- Adhere and enforce all safety guidelines and company standards.
- Ensure all products are assembled in accordance with product specifications.
- Works with cross functional teams such as sales, production, purchasing, customer service, and quality
- Submit reports on production and sales while maintaining inventory levels and appropriate controls.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including fabrication, quality, shipping, and receiving Communicate with senior management for branch level needs on equipment, manpower and inventory.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Production Manager or similar role experience preferred
- Proven ability to develop and motivate team members
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Process improvement
- Understanding of warehouse and bill of materials
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Experience with hose, rubber and/or fluid power distribution a plus
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a production environment
$25.00/hr
