Production Associate

HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

Job Duties:

• Follows all directives of the Supervisor, Operators, and Department Manager respectfully and responsibly.

• Receives instruction from assigned trainers on the setup, troubleshooting, and successful running of each aspect of the production line and process.

• Learns all profiles with regard to specifications with a focus on quality standards and rates.

• Leaves next shift of set up with whatever materials they need to begin their shift.

• Learns to identify problems and report them to supervision and maintenance.

• Communicates with next shift Technicians, exchanging any pertinent information.
• Leans to keep accurate and legible production reports.

• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts

• Keeps work area neat and clean in accordance with Housekeeping Policy.
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Steady work history
• Good work ethics
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to read measurements
• Possess a mechanical aptitude
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Able to read/measure w/tape ruler

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment (with training)
• Ability to certify as a technician and continuously improve on personal growth/advancement through our certification process

Preferred:

• At least two years of experience in a production workspace
• Well-organized and has a history of showing initiative
• Knowledge of current OSHA safety rules and regulations

Available shift: Includes 7 consecutive days off every month! Rotating 12-hour shift

Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts on a 7-day-a-week schedule

6:50 am-6:50 pm/6:50 pm-6:50 am

$20.44 per hour
