Safety Consultant Bilingual Preferred

Our client is committed to workplace safety and risk management. As a Safety Consultant, you'll play a vital role in enhancing clients' safety culture through on-site safety inspections, compliance support, and training. What You’ll Do:

Safety & Compliance:

• Conduct on-site safety inspections at client locations.
• Provide expert consultation on OSHA compliance & workplace safety.
• Develop and implement customized safety programs & training.
• Identify and mitigate risk factors to improve workplace safety.

Client Engagement & Service:

• Partner with clients to identify safety risks & compliance gaps.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Strategy & Execution:

• Create and execute customized safety plans for each client.
• Track and report on key safety metrics & training effectiveness.
• Support business growth by providing risk management insights to potential clients.

What You Bring:

Required:

• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Expertise in risk mitigation & workplace safety consulting.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to work remotely with a dedicated home office & high-speed internet.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of safety-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Certifications (ARM, ASP, CSP) or in progress.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Intermediate proficiency preferred.
• OSHA 1910 certification.
