Warehouse Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on warehouse operations, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Prepare training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.
• Support onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are fully trained and integrated into the team.

Equipment that will be available/used in this role: Reach Truck, Order Picker, Pallet Rider

Climate controlled warehouse

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Trainer or in a similar role within a warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate employees, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools.
• Certified in forklift operation and safety training is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training certification is advantageous
