Quality Control Technician 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team. The QC Technician will be responsible for performing tests, inspections, and record-keeping to ensure our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow established quality control procedures and protocols.
• Record, analyze, and report test data, identifying any deviations or quality issues.
• Collaborate with production and other teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
• Assist with internal audits and prepare necessary documentation for external audits.
• Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards, including USDA and SQF guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a quality control role in a manufacturing or food production environment is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computer applications for data recording and analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

1^st and 2^nd shift

$20.00-22.00/hr  DOE
