On Site Supervisor/Industrial Staffing and Recruiting (Bilingual)

As an On-Site Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the recruitment and selection process for our client. You will work on-site at the company's location, collaborating closely with hiring managers to hire qualified candidates. Your role is crucial in ensuring the company attracts top talent and maintains a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
 

Responsibilities:

• Execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Conflict Resolution amongst candidates
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company's culture and requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
• Review Staffing reports to ensure accuracy for payroll.
• Handle any injury reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Light Industrial staffing or HR preferred
• Proven experience as an On Site Manager in Staffing preferably with on-site recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Previous experience resolving conflicts amongst temporary workers.
