Production Line Worker
Bonuses Available: Retention Bonus of $2500.00 and also weekend (Sat and Sun) incentive bonus pay of $200 per day (If qualifications are met)!

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Able to meet and exceed production needs that may change from day to day.
- Coming to work every day and doing your job to the best of your ability.
- Working overtime when needed is required. (This means working Saturdays and some Sunday when needed based off production needs.)
- Keeping a clean work environment.
- Lifting requirements are 40 pounds plus at times.
- Follow instructions clearly and precisely.
- Must be safety conscious.
- Work well with others and is a team player.
- Can keep up with a fast-paced work environment.
- Detail orientated with it comes to working on an assembly line or packing line in production.
- Must be able to work in hot weather in the summer, and chilly weather in the winter.
- Must be able to perform under stressful conditions.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: BUT IS NOT A REQUIREMENT.
- Has experience in light industrial manufacturing is a plus.
- Knows the process of how shocks and struts are made.
- Forklift experience is a PLUS.
***Earn a $2500 retention bonus and a $200 Saturday bonus paid out weekly (must work your scheduled days during that week)***

$17.00/hour first 30 days.
$19.00/ hour after 30 days, ONLY IF YOU HAVE HAD GOOD WORK ATTENDANCE AND WORK QUALITY.
Plus Employee Benefits
1st shift: 7:00AM – 3:00PM
2nd shift: 4:00PM-12:00AM
3rd Shift: 11:00PM-7:00AM
