Quality Control Technician / Early 1st shift – 3:30am-12:00pm
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team. The QC Technician will be responsible for performing tests, inspections, and record-keeping to ensure our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Follow established quality control procedures and protocols.
- Record, analyze, and report test data, identifying any deviations or quality issues.
- Collaborate with production and other teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
- Assist with internal audits and prepare necessary documentation for external audits.
- Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards, including USDA and SQF guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a quality control role in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with computer applications for data recording and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
3:30am-12:00pm
$23.50-25.00/hr DOE
