Machine Operator/Plastic/Extrusion
HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
Do you have experience working as a Blow Mold Operator, Extrusion Operator, Thermoforming Operator, or any plastic molding machinery? Then this is the perfect position!
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and maintain the ability to meet required production output on a consistent basis by using established standard line conditions.
- Demonstrate and maintain the ability to perform a startup of job specific machinery including setup.
- Demonstrated and maintain the ability to respond and correct any out of spec conditions.
- Know each piece of equipment (downstream) and its purpose
- Oversee production personnel packing on equipment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in machine operating or maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Preferred experience: 1 year machine operating or maintenance within injection molding
- Understanding of extruder temperature zones, valves and cooling system and tooling.
- Understanding the theory of profile extrusion and how it relates to our products.
- Experience in flexographic printing is helpful
NIGHT SHIFT
12-Hour Rotating Shifts with EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF
Night Shift Hours: 7PM-7AM
Paid Weekly
$18.00/hr.
Work ONLY 14 days' out of the month and still be FULL-TIME
