Assembly Lead – Bilingual Preferred
Hot Water Lead
Job Duties:
- Planning, organizing, and directing workers to ensure that products are being made in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assisting production supervisor in overseeing the kettle, pickle, weigh out or other operational areas.
- Directing personnel on work assignments within a group based upon management’s recommendations.
- Making adjustments to production schedules as needed.
- Providing guidance, instruction and direction to employees.
- Assigning proper jobs to staff.
- Ensuring smooth transition of work and information to alternative shifts.
- Assisting in inventory control.
- Updating required production reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience leading/supervising 14 people
- Previous machine operator experience preferred
$18.00/hr
6:00am-4:30pm
