Material Specialist
The Material Specialist position assists several departments with tracking incoming inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on placed orders to ensure raw materials arrive in a timely manner
- Update po information when received from vendor on delivery dates
- Investigate incorrectly received inventory
- Track down missing inventory
- Work with project management on customer inventory items
- Monitor upcoming expiring chemicals
- Assist with company inventories and cycle counting
Requirements:
- Excel and Microsoft Office Experience
- Good math skills
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Bilingual a plus but not required
$18.00/hr
1st shift: 7 am to 3p
8 am to 4pm
