QC Inspector / Quality Control
Job Summary:
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all medical kits are accurately assembled and meet strict quality standards. You will perform inspections at various stages of the kitting process, verify the inclusion and condition of components, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company-specific requirements. This role demands attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and a strong commitment to maintaining quality in a healthcare setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify medical kits for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure all items are undamaged and meet required specifications and customer requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inspections and any deviations.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving control documents to ensure compliance with quality standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in quality control or medical device manufacturing preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- This position ensures the reliability and safety of medical kits critical for patient care.
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written is required for this role.
- Proficiency in Spanish is not required but would be considered an asset.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years’ related experience required.
- Experience working in an ISO certified organization is highly preferrable
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
