Production Scheduler
We are looking for a strong candidate who can step in quickly.
This role will be responsible for:
- Supporting daily and weekly production scheduling
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and timely execution
- Maintaining planning systems and documents monitoring schedule performance, communicating changes or delays
- Supporting production meetings
- Identifying improvement opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and safety requirements.
Key qualifications include:
- 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, supply chain, or manufacturing coordination experience
- Strong Excel skills
- ERP/MRP or production planning system experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Experience coordinating with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Customer Service
- Experience in production scheduling, production planning, supply chain, inventory control, or manufacturing coordination.
- Food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred but not required
$35.00/hour
