Line Lead Supervisor
The Manufacturing Line Lead is responsible for directing the work of production associates and coordinating team efforts to ensure production goals are met
Responsibilities:
- Directing and coordinating the work of production associates.
- Ensuring proper documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Monitoring workflow and optimizing efficiency to meet production targets.
- Ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with company safety standards.
- Maintaining compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
- Identifying and addressing workflow or production issues to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- We are looking for candidates with prior line lead experience
Temporary to Hire
1st Shift MON-FRI 4:30AM-3:30PM
Sat 4:30AM-1:00PM (Subject to change)
And
2nd Shift MON-FRI 3:00PM-2:00AM
Sat 12:00PM-8:30PM (Subject to change)
1st shift: $20.50/hr
2nd shift: $20.50/hour plus .50 cents shift differential =$21.00
