General Labor-Assembly
We are seeking dependable and motivated General Labor / Assembly Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, operating basic production equipment, inspecting finished goods, and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) when applicable.
- Assist with material handling, stocking workstations, and moving products throughout the facility.
- Meet daily production goals and attendance expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work Environment
- Manufacturing or production facility setting.
- Fast-paced environment with exposure to moving machinery and equipment.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
Work Hours:
Flexible 10-hour shift, Monday – Thursday, 6am-4:30pm with occasional need for overtime as required to complete production activities.
$12.00-13.00/hour
