National Staffing Recruiter
Position Overview
The Elite Staffing SEAL Team is a specialized national operations team designed to provide rapid staffing, recruiting, training, and onsite management support to Elite Staffing clients throughout the United States.
SEAL Team members are highly adaptable staffing professionals who can travel to client locations, quickly understand the client's workforce requirements, recruit and onboard qualified temporary associates, train local recruiting and operations teams, manage onsite staffing programs, and become proficient in the technology platforms used by each client.
This is not a traditional recruiting position. SEAL Team members are expected to be staffing experts, trainers, problem-solvers, onsite leaders, and technology-adaptable professionals who can deploy wherever the business requires support.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys travel, can quickly build relationships, and is comfortable walking into a new client operation and taking ownership of the staffing process.
Key Responsibilities
National Recruiting & Staffing
- Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard temporary associates for light industrial positions.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on local labor market conditions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, community recruiting, grassroots recruiting, and other sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume staffing requirements.
- Recruit for a variety of positions, including warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, distribution, assembly, forklift, shipping/receiving, and other light industrial roles.
- Monitor recruiting activity, applicant flow, interviews, starts, attendance, retention, and fill rates.
- Identify recruiting challenges and quickly develop solutions.
- Support urgent and high-volume staffing needs while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with recruiting efforts across multiple markets and client locations.
On-Site Management
- Travel to client locations throughout the United States to launch, support, or stabilize staffing programs.
- Serve as the onsite Elite Staffing representative when assigned.
- Develop strong working relationships with client management, HR, supervisors, and employees.
- Manage daily staffing requirements and communicate staffing updates to the client.
- Monitor attendance, call-offs, turnover, performance, and associate retention.
- Work with client management to understand changing workforce requirements.
- Identify operational problems and develop solutions before they impact the client.
- Ensure Elite Staffing delivers against agreed-upon service expectations and fill-rate objectives.
- Support new account launches and transition existing staffing programs.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required.
Training & Development
- Train new Elite recruiters, staffing coordinators, onsite managers, and other team members.
- Develop and deliver recruiting and staffing training programs.
- Train local teams on recruiting best practices, candidate engagement, interviewing, onboarding, attendance management, and staffing processes.
- Conduct onsite training for new client implementations.
- Coach recruiters on recruiting activity, applicant conversion, follow-up, and candidate retention.
- Identify performance gaps and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and resource for Elite Staffing's national operations team.
Client Technology & Software
SEAL Team members must be willing and able to learn and operate multiple client technology platforms and software systems.
Responsibilities may include:
- Learning client-specific Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Learning Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Learning scheduling and workforce management systems.
- Learning timekeeping and attendance platforms.
- Learning client-specific onboarding and credentialing systems.
- Learning reporting dashboards and productivity tools.
- Learning communication and workforce engagement platforms.
- Becoming proficient in each client's technology requirements and training other Elite employees on those systems.
- Troubleshooting basic technology and process issues.
- Maintaining accurate data across multiple platforms.
- Adapting quickly when a client utilizes a new or different technology platform.
The ability to learn new technology quickly is a critical requirement of this position.
National Travel Requirements
This is a national travel position.
SEAL Team members should expect to travel to client locations based on business needs, including:
- New client launches
- Staffing ramp-ups
- High-volume recruiting projects
- Workforce shortages
- New facility openings
- Client transitions
- Recruiting events
- Training assignments
- Onsite management coverage
- Performance improvement initiatives
- Emergency or short-notice staffing requirements
Travel may include overnight stays, extended assignments, and longer than average stays out of state when needed.
Candidates must be comfortable traveling on short notice and working flexible schedules when required by the client.

Recruit – Understand how to generate candidates and consistently build a strong workforce pipeline.
Train – Transfer knowledge and best practices to local Elite teams.
Solve – Identify problems, develop solutions, and take action without waiting to be told what to do.
Represent – Maintain the highest level of professionalism when representing Elite Staffing with clients, candidates, and employees.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, onsite management, or related workforce experience.
- Experience recruiting high-volume temporary or light industrial employees preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on client requirements.
Preferred
- Experience in light industrial staffing.
- Experience managing onsite staffing programs.
- Experience with VMS/ATS platforms.
- Experience training recruiters or staffing personnel.
- Experience launching new staffing accounts.
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting campaigns.
- Experience working with national clients.
- Experience using recruiting analytics and performance dashboards.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
