Warehouse Associate
Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Comply with all quality standards and operational requirements.
- Operate computerized sorting equipment efficiently and safely.
- Clean equipment between production jobs.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance activities.
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
- Operate equipment at established production targets.
- Verify proper equipment operation and identify issues as needed.
- Load unsorted product into sorting equipment.
- Remove and dispose of non-conforming parts according to quality standards.
- Package conforming product for inventory or shipment.
- Inspect sorted products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Box, label, and palletize finished goods.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Ensure proper lot control and traceability requirements are met.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and maintain production records and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and warehouse machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
$18.79 – $25.79 per hour
