Line Lead
Manufacturing Lead
Requirements:
- 2 years’ of experience as a lead or coordinator in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and manufacturing safety requirements.
- Familiarity with manual and semi-manual manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and follow production documents, safety requirements, and written work instructions.
- Ability to perform basic production calculations.
- Basic understanding of production output, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
- Ability to recognize common defects and process abnormalities.
- Basic coaching and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to foster accountability and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Basic packaging equipment
- Manual assembly operations
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Job Duties:
- Lead daily activities of assigned manufacturing associates on basic manual or semi-manual production lines.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure attainment of planned outputs.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate goals, safety topics, and production priorities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and company policies.
- Monitor line performance and communicate production issues to supervisor.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Ensure proper startup, operation, and shutdown of manufacturing equipment.
- Support production changeovers and line clearances.
- Train new operators on standard operating procedures.
- Reinforce attendance, performance, and behavioral expectations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees.
- Support employee engagement activities.
1st 6:30a-3pm – $21.00/hr
2nd 2:30p-10pm – $21.50/hr
