Assembly Technician/Cart Manager
We are immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Assembler in Arlington, TX. In this role, you will assemble mechanical parts, components, and finished products using a variety of tools and equipment in a production environment.
Job Duties:
• Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions to accurately assemble equipment and products.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters, and drills.
• Perform soldering in subassembly operations.
• Maintain inventory of products at workstations.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.
• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are found.
• Rework and/or repair products according to engineering specification changes.
• Support team objectives by completing assigned tasks and proactively assisting with additional work as needed.
• Work effectively in a highly efficient environment while meeting production goals and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate within a team environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate common software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and dependability
Temporary to Hire
1st Shift:
Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
$20.00/hr
