Job Description

Corporate Recruiter


Monday-Friday, 830am-5pm

Chicago, IL 60642


  • Oversee multiple national accounts
  • Receive review and delegate requisition orders
  • Recruit for open requisitions
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting
  • Provide documentation as requested by clients (client monthly spends, client HR requests, wage comparisons/analysis, etc..)
  • Oversee recruiting for National Job orders
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding at new locations
  • Oversee and follow-up on all safety and W/C incidents with clients
  • Manage and oversee requisitions assigned to local partners
  • Process all onboarding documentation: applications, I-9s, tax forms, etc.
  • Process all pre-hire screening: B/g checks, Drug tests, assessments
  • Verify all weekly payroll has been received and processed
  • Dispatch new hires in internal software
  • Create new and maintain current requisitions within internal software
  • Respond to and complete all compliance requests
  • Manage client customer service as well as employee customer service
  • Attend yearly and other requested client meetings
  • Assist team with other required tasks


  • Detail-oriented with solid time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle heavy call volume both inbound and outbound
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environment
  • Not flustered by urgent requests
  • Intermediate experience working with Social Media and Vender Management Systems.
  • 3-5 years previous recruiting or operations management in the Light Industrial industry
