Customer Service Account Manager

  • Processing, fulfillment, invoicing all orders
  • Work closely with operations to ensure on time delivery
  • Review customer complaints and follow up with resolution.
  • Set up customer service policies and procedures
  • Answer telephone sales calls with existing and prospective customers
  • Help arrange for delivery of daily orders

  • Peachtree experience preferred
  • Previous hospitality, catering or manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Experience in Food manufacturing and or catering, in customer service, invoicing, data entry
  • Previous experience with internal sales with customers preferred
  • Previous experience working with fortune 500 companies preferred
