Customer Service Representative

Will be responsible for interacting with customers to define specific order requirements and create work instructions reflecting customer's needs.


  • Customer Service/Order Processing
  • Assists with the development of process standards.
  • Provides support to production to ensure product is processed and packaged based on the intended requirements of the customer.
  • Creates and maintains work instructions, blueprints, internal and external process specifications, and photographs customer parts to be processed for job card.
    • Interfaces with others in the organization and customers to jointly determine customer needs and solutions.
  • Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
  • Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar;
  • \Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively;
  • Able to read and interpret written information.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently.
