Customer Service Representative 

Our client is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to work in our National Accounts Division. We are looking for someone that is well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented who can provide exception customer service. This position duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prompt and efficient processing of customer orders via email/fax/EDI.
  • Answering questions and determining the best way to resolve the concerns of the customer.
  • Follows up to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Able to follow and execute instructions in a timely matter.
  • Ability to deal with change as it comes along and continue to service the customer.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Minor logistic planning
  • Basic Sales Support
  • Ability to work with internal departments, including manufacturing and shipping personnel to meet customer needs.
  • Self-starter and internally motivated for continuous improvement
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in potentially stressful situations, and take a proactive approach to problem identification and issue resolution
  • Some general office duties as needed

Experience/Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • General Computer Skills
  • 3 Years Customer Service Experience Preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Outgoing personality; flexible
  • Bilingual Spanish Preferred

1st shift

8AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5PM 

Monday-Friday

Temporary to Hire

When hired on full time:

($17.47 if hired permanently, 19.29 after 6 months (from assignment start date), 21.83 at 1 year.

Ins. avail for medical, dental and life insurance upon permanent hire. Holiday and sick pay at 6 months.
