Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Responsible for processing customer orders, data entry, ensuring the accuracy of customer orders. Creation of sales and marketing related documents and records.

Responsibilities

Enters customer orders into LN system, changes orders, and matches purchase orders.

Answers telephone calls as needed. Resolves problems and concerns.

Supports inside and outside sales.

Provides pricing, delivery data and samples to customers to ensure order fulfillment and satisfaction.

Expedites promotional quotes.

Collects information and creates reports as required.

Prepares quotation packets and price lists.

Updates and maintains files.

Market development efforts and support functions for the new team member to learn Tri-Sure products and serviced markets, as well as customer needs and Tri-Sure closure system types.

New Product Sales Support - Focus on market and sales development of future product lines.

Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Graduate or equivalent.

Experience:

1 to 3 years’ experience required. 3 plus years in a customer service environment preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

Bilingual (Spanish)

Data Entry experience.

Demonstrated skills in verbal and written communications.

Good knowledge of computers and related software.

Good attention to detail.

Good knowledge of basic office equipment (i.e. copiers, fax machines, adding machines, etc.)
