Job Description

Human Resources Manager 

Supports day to day operations of the HR functions and serves as the point of contact for recruitment, benefits,
payroll, and employee relations matters.  
Ideal candidate should have solid experiences in HR practices and employee management. This Individual will also partner with HR Director at parent organization and senior management
team to implement HR strategic initiatives which will contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and monitor all parent organization policies, while identifying and developing any necessary variation to serve 
organizational goals.
Work closely with management team to drive HR initiatives.
Advise employees on matters of policy & Procedure, benefits program, leave administration and other HR related inquiries.
Manage recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, performing pre-employment
screening.
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees and handle employee relation issues
Coordinate employee training, development plans and performance management.
Participate and assist in employee new hire training, orientation, onboarding and benefits enrollment.
Manage and maintain employee database, personnel and payroll files, prepare reports and metrics as needed.
Administer payroll and other compensation processing 
Administrator and be the main contact for inquiries regarding employee benefits programs 
Manage and maintain temporary staffing.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and
best practices.
Liaison for any legal matter with parent company’s attorney. Assist with H1-B and other employment visa application processing.
Active member of the local company’s Safety Committee.
Monitor employee morale and company culture. Event planning for employee related functions and meetings.
 
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in HR related professional field
5 years of Human Resources experiences, preferred in manufacturing setting
Proven track of success in overall HR practices or generalist background
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels within the organization
Self-motivated team player who can work independently and collaborate in team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, and knowledge of payroll, and HRIS system
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Willingness to travel when necessary

$75,000.00-85,000.00
