Job Description

IT Support Specialist

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of help desk experience preferred
  • Knowledge of PC repair and troubleshooting
  • A+ certification are a plus but not required

Responsibilities:  

  • Answer the Helpdesk calls and log requests
  • Coordinate/Perform necessary calls on PC hardware
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of all equipment
  • Clean/Coordinate cleaning of PC equipment
  • Install/Upgrade new software
  • Provide technical support by tracking issues via Helpdesk Online
  • Provide IT staff with information as to software/hardware issues
  • Basic troubleshooting and training for cell phones/iPhone
  • Troubleshoot software issue including email on user computes
  • Communicate cordially, effectively and clearly with all employees, managers, partners, corporate staff and coworkers
  • Communicate in English in order to comprehend and perform/follow job requirements in written and spoken direction
  • Maintain a positive pleasant, attitude
  • Accept direction and constructive criticism from management
  • Perform calmly and effectively in an extremely busy and stressful work environment
  • Other duties as assign

 $17/hr.

 Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5pm
