Job Description

Production Clerk
 

PURPOSE:

A Production Clerk is responsible for following standard operating procedures, preparations and distribution of various production reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience as a Production Clerk preferred but not required.

Must be able to read and write and answer basic questions in English.

Must have understanding of Microsoft Office.

PICK software experience preferred but not required.

Ability to complete administrative assignments as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The list of essential duties and responsibilities, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the task to be performed. The omission of an essential function does not preclude management from assigning duties not listed herein is such duties are a logical assignment to the position.

  • Ability to work with a labor tracking system
  • Open and close shop orders – corrections to production entries
  • Coordinate and communicate with temporary staffing agency on a day to day attendance
  • Ability to do production reporting – accurate data entry into computer system
  • Work with payroll to ensure employee hours are correct – audit own work to ensure correct hours are communicated to corporate payroll
  • Various Excel spreadsheets with accurate data that communicate data trends on production support processes
  • Administrative assignments delegated from Production Supervisor
