Job Description

Production Operator

• The positions are mostly in the molding department.
• The operators will work a 4 days on/4 days off, 12 hour, schedule and continually lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

• All candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.

Shift Times*:
12 Hour %3D 7am - 7 pm
8 Hour %3D 7 am - 3 pm
*Start and end times may vary depending on production needs
Other departments are 8 hour shifts working Mon-Sat.
No matter what position the candidates MUST be able to work any shift.
All departments train operators on 1st shift and move them to 2nd Shift where they remain until hired permanent.

Starting Pay: $11/hour, temp-to-hire
