Purchasing Coordinator

We are hiring for a temporary role in our Purchasing/Logistics/Supply Chain group

Job Requirements:

2-3 years previous purchasing experience

Previous experience working in the food manufacturing industry preferred

Previous logistics/ transportation experience a plus

Intermediate to Advanced Excel

Very good written / verbal communication

Purchasing Software/Database experience

Job Duties:

Ordering, Tracking Products

Sending/responding to emails daily

Working with / Coordinating Transportation carriers

Working with supply chain, accounting and production departments

Helping out in the Logistics/ Transportation department when needed

8am-5pm Monday-Friday , some OT possible

Temporary, Maternity leave- 4 months
$23.00-26.00/hr DOE

Opportunity to work in Chicago plant after this assignment is complete in Naperville
