Procurement Analyst / Contract / SAP

DESCRIPTION:

·         Responsible for requesting pricing, entering pricing and maintaining cost standards for resin raw materials

·         Responsible for updating incorrect PO pricing

·         Centralized point of contact for vendors and plants for pricing

·         Prepares weekly audits to ensure pricing is in line with contracts, contracts are being used, and payment terms are accurate

·         Works to continually improve processes and performance

·         Support vendor transitions, as necessary

·         Update pricing in SAP

·         Create invoice Receipts in SAP

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         2-3 years’ experience as a Procurement Analyst

·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         College or Technical College coursework highly desired

·         Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables exp preferred)

·         SAP Experience

·         Must have strong analytical skills

·         Ability to Multitask and prioritize

·         Able to effectively interact with procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, packaging, as well as other departments and senior management.

·         Direct experience with plant & plant purchasing preferred.

·         Ability to deal with adversity by handling high pressure /high stress customer phone calls on occasion regarding pricing discrepancies.

4 months Temporary- covering for Paternity Leave

$35.00-40.00/hr DOE

830am-5pm
