Bilingual HR Administrator/Line Lead Coordinator
This is a manufacturing (on the floor) training position with administrative skills needed to maintain/track training documentation. Intermediate to advance excel skills required to prepare graphs and charts for presentations, including PowerPoint.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating, maintaining and implementing to appropriate trainers, training documentation with input from Operations leadership.
- Must be flexible with work schedule including the ability to work all shifts as needed
- Fully understand (signed off) the core functions of all positions.
- Work directly with Team Leaders and Supervisors to coordinate training activities and, while the Training Coordinator regularly works with trainees, the coordinator does not direct their assignments.
- Meet regularly with the Operations Manager and Human Resources to assist with training requirements to meet business needs.
- Responsible for guiding all trainees in safe, quality work.
- Prepare training packets, distribute and collect when necessary.
- Maintain training matrix for all departments.
- Assist with timely completion of reviews / assessments.
- Monitor training performance to schedule.
- Track an employee’s development and work with management if an employee is not meeting expectations so additional training may be provided.
- Will be responsible for delivering safety/quality/GMP trainings.
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft skills (outlook, power point, word, etc)
- Capable of communicating in front of large groups and interacting with peers and site leaders.
- Reliable/Dependable as it relates to completing work assignments
- Proven experience in effectively coaching peers. Willingness to coach leaders.
