Line Lead

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates all direct production and related support activities in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Understands the quality specifications for each product as stated in the product file and trains workforce to meet those expectations.
• Responsible for monitoring the line to control labor and material usage standards.
• Monitoring the speed of the line to ensure meeting/exceeding production rates.
• Follow and execute GMP's under supervisor direction.
• Assures items on the line match the bill of material.

Qualifications:

• Three years of warehouse/manufacturing experience.
• Must have at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Be able to lift over 40lbs, walking.
• Bilingual preferred.

6:45am-3:30pm

$18.00/hr
