Production Associate/General Labor

Responsibilities:

• Load Forming: Safely and efficiently load corrugated sheets into forming machines; monitor machine performance and report issues promptly.
• Unitizing: Bundle, strap, or wrap finished units according to plant standards. Ensure accurate labeling and secure packaging for shipment.
• Pre-Feeding (As Needed): Assist with material staging and feeding into machines to maintain a continuous workflow.
• Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area; participate in daily and scheduled cleanups.
• Miscellaneous Projects: Support plant operations by assisting with inventory movement, light maintenance, or other assigned tasks.

Expectations

• Adhere to all plant safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Operate equipment responsibly and report any malfunctions immediately.
• Perform duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of product quality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and machinery.
