Customer Service Representative

Requirements: 

• Needs to have Customer Service experience, with great communication, problem solving skills, and who is an active listener with great time management and organization skills. 
• Must be able to work on multiple systems and be able to navigate while relaying information accurately to the callers.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for answering patient calls, researching and resolving issues, and updating accounts as necessary to receive maximum profitability for patients. 
• May be responsible for facilitating patient treatments. 

onsite 2 days a week and 3 days work from home
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

$21.00/hr
