HR Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Filing daily.
  • Prepare new hire Packets
  • Greet Temporary candidates at door and make sure that they are escorted to orientation training.
  • Issue Door Access Cards and new badges as necessary
  • Post internal jobs as required.
  • Initiate phone screening as needed.
  • Schedule interview with candidate including/interview team.
  • Prepare documents for interview.
  • File documents post interview.
  • List disciplines on discipline tracking sheet
  • Distribute discipline to appropriate Team Leader/Manager.
  • Once discipline documents are returned with signatures—upload document into HR Database.
  • Perform exit checklist on terminated employees.
  • Answering phone calls and sending messages.
  • Build personnel file for each new hire-Electronically.
  • Ensure employee issues are brought to HRBP’s attention.
  • Posting communication bulletins.
  • Ordering lunches and picking up lunches as needed.
  • Support payroll by making sure that timecards are done on time
