Stand Up Forklift Operator

Experience:

• Minimum one (1) year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.
• Experience loading, unloading, storing, and transporting materials safely and efficiently.
• Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
• Commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain positive working relationships.
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse inventory systems
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred

Job Duties:

Transport raw materials, packaging components, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout warehouse and production areas.

• Supply production lines with required materials to support operational schedules.
• Move finished products from production lines to designated storage or shipping locations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers while ensuring product integrity.
• Verify received and shipped quantities against packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documentation.
• Assist with shipping preparation and staging activities.
• Provide required lot, batch, or inventory information to shipping personnel.

Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems to track product movement and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Apply labels, inventory tags, and product identification markers as required.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and product traceability.
• Complete all required warehouse, inventory, maintenance, and shipping documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow established product control, traceability, and inventory management procedures.
• Maintain compliance with customer requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
