Recruiter – On-Site Staffing Supervisor Bilingual

Elite Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter – On-Site Staffing Supervisor to support our operations in Greensboro, NC. This role is ideal for a recruiter looking to grow into a supervisory or management position in the light industrial staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and source qualified candidates.
• Act as the main contact between the client and staffing agency.
• Communicate daily with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Process and manage new hire applications.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance.
• Check in candidates at the start of shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with light industrial recruiting.
• Proficiency in computers and applicant tracking systems.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
 

8:00am-5:00pm, 4 days per week and
12:00pm-8:30pm, 1 day per week to help with 2^nd shift

$58,000 – $60,000 per year + Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent
