Warehouse Coordinator/ Transportation Coordinator

Job Duties:

• Answering phones and speaking with customer stores directly
• Using transportation software to print Bills of Lading and loading sheets for floor operations teams
• Organizing trailer seals and load sheets into bags and delivering to loading team
• Auditing paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Working directly with customers to act as routing liaison for delivery routing
• Inputting data into sharepoints to adhere to customer protocols
• Keeping an organized and functional workplace
• Communicating effectively, professionally, and clearly

Requirements:

• Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Word
• Typing 40-60 WPM
• General computer knowledge 
• Good Communication skills

$19.50-23.00/hr DOE
