Shipping and Receiving/Forklift Operator Stand Up

Deliver raw materials and parts throughout the assigned department using a Stand-up forklift. Perform battery maintenance, forklift preventive maintenance, inventory management and inventory control tasks as needed in the shipping and receiving department

Requirements:

•  Proficiency in stand-up forklift truck, Cherry picker, Industrial Forklift.
•  Work assignments are routine, and work is closely supervised.
•  Typically, 2-5 years of experience.
• Material Handling Experience preferred.

Job Duties Include:

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming conveyors and deliver to assigned locations.
•  Transport raw materials to production workstations.
•  Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
•  Inspect forklift to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
•  Change truck Battery when needed and preform battery maintenance.
•  Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
•  Managing inventory using warehouse management systems.
•  Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.

$19-$20hr   

Monday-Friday with Saturday MANDATORY OT

6am-230pm
