Production Associate 2nd shift and 3rd shift

General Labor

Responsibilities:

• Will work in the muffin making department so will have direct contact with food.
• Maintain hourly production targets.
• Oversee product quality and ensure product being produced in compliance with customer specifications.
• Adheres to production schedules, ensures production orders are met for finished goods inventories, minimizing waste to ensure conformance to safety and quality standards.
• Removes all out-of-spec product from the line and notifies Production Supervisor of all non-conforming product or processes on the line.
• Maintain high rates of production as set by the Packaging Lead and Production Supervisor.Ensure a safe operation, complying with the corporate accident prevention program, and following safe work practices

Qualifications:

• Quick and controlled hand-eye coordination.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be flexible with schedule, including start times and weekend work.
• Willing to acquire a wide variety of skills to assist the surrounding team and fully understand the processes

NO Slip Shoes Required

$14.50/hr plus OT-Mandatory

1st Shift 6:45 am to 3 pm

2nd shift: 2:45pm-11:00pm

3rd shift: 10:45pm-7:00am
