Carpenters Assistant/ Warehouse Fabricator/Construction Laborer

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Carpenters Assistants to join our team. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn the carpentry trade and assist skilled carpenters in cabinet building, installation, and shop work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters with cabinet construction, installation, and related tasks

• Measure materials accurately to within 1/32″ using a tape measure

• Safely operate small power tools and equipment (drills, sanders, etc.)

• Make precise cuts on a table saw under supervision

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Load, unload, and move materials as needed

Requirements:

• Strong tape-measure and basic math skills

• Comfortable working with hand and power tools around saws

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety

• Must be able to lift materials and stand for extended periods
